I am incredibly grateful for medical treatments I received from Dr. Sam and his team, Valerie, Leslie, and Wilna. This doctor and office staff are top-notch in their professionalism and management of this practice. At each medical appointment, I felt listened to and on a path forward to feeling better and healthier. I recommend this office for anyone who has been in an accident and needs care for your injuries. You will drastically improvements over time in your well-being and physical health. I would say most to listen and do not ignore your pain. After being involved in a rear-end car accident, we were dealing with pain and trying to figure out the best way to manage our recovery. They truly took the time to listen to us, understand what we were experiencing, and provide exercises and helpful guidance for pain management. What stood out the most was that they genuinely cared about finding realistic things we could do to improve our health and continue taking care of ourselves outside of the office. We never felt rushed or like we were just another patient. They were supportive, knowledgeable, and truly invested in helping us feel better. Leslie guided me from day 1 when I was getting lostnto find the clinic, still having aftershocks from the car accident and has been an angel for me throughout my treatment. The staff goes above and beyond daily to make sure the environment stays clean and comfortable for clients in each appointment and Dr Sam is an amazing Chiropractor and great conversation each time. The staff is friendly, kind, considerate, understanding. The place itself is clean and spotless. The equipment is amazing though I’m glad to be healed I am sad that I won’t have to be at this place as often I do plan on coming back with my own insurance for normal adjustments.Posted on Google

They didn't just focus on the medical side of my recovery they also took the time to answer all of my questions and guide me through the process. Every member of the staff is genuinely kind, professional, and respectful. They're also very flexible when it comes to scheduling and making changes to appointments, which has made everything much less stressful. I recommend them 100%. When I'm in pain I want a friendly, kind, attentive staff and a knowledgeable doctor with a warm demeanor. I've gotten all of that here! Leslie is the office manager but sat with me and filled out the paperwork for me because my right wrist is broken. She was kind and friendly the whole time. Arianna sets me up for the treatments. She is genuinely concerned about my comfort while I'm there and chats with me like an old friend who's excited to see me. Dr. Lounge is sympathetic, kind, and focused on what it takes to get me feeling better in the short term and in the long term. The staff (both doctors and office assistants) are extremely sweet and attentive, and you can tell that they genuinely care about you as both a patient and a person. Since day 1 after our car accident they have been welcoming and attentive, and this has remained consistent throughout the months that we have been a patient. Never have we felt rushed or neglected. From the start, The doctors and all the staff have been very inclusive of us and have felt like family, which is hard to find in providers nowadays. I have to say the i see therapy as a treat. They ease pain as they receive me with their warm smiles and always remembering every little detail of your life and situation.
